Avocado and Jalapeño Cream

Method:

  1. Place the avocado, chopped Jalapeños, sour cream and lemon juice into a food processor. Process until smooth, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve in tacos, as a dip for corn chips, as a topping for nachos or a salad dressing.
