Shishitos are wickedly addictive – and this shishito recipe brings out the very best in this tasty, tasty chilli we can’t get enough of.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 teaspoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 300g green beans
- 12 Wicked Hots Shishitos
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- Togarashi seasoning or toasted sesame seeds to garnish
Method:
- Combine the sriracha, white miso, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the beans and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the shishitos and continue to stir fry until beans and shishitos are blistered on all sides, about 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds before stirring in the sriracha mixture. Season to taste.
- Sprinkle over the Togarashi seasoning or sesame seeds before serving.
