Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, coarsely mashed
- ¼ red onion, very finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Wicked Hots Cayenne Chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method:
- Combine the avocado, red onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, tomato, coriander and lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste with salt.
- Serve with corn chips, nachos, as a topping on Pumpkin Chilli or Chilli con Carne.
