A classic Mexican staple, this wicked version of pico de gallo – a tomato, coriander, lime, onion, garlic and jalapeño recipe – adds sensational spice to tacos, burritos and more.

Ingredients:
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 Wicked Hots Jalapeño, finely diced
Method:
- Combine the tomatoes, onion, coriander, lime juice, garlic and Jalapeño. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
