Grown without any nasties right here in NZ, our Scotch Bonnets are perfect for infusing stews, sauces, jerk marinades, or anything that needs a hit of heat with a sweet, peppery edge.
Each pack contains whole dried pods – just a little goes a long way.

Tips for Using Dried Scotch Bonnets:
• Rehydrate & Blend: Soak in hot water for 15–20 minutes, then blend into sauces, soups, or marinades.
• Infuse Oils or Vinegar: Drop a pod into your favorite oil or vinegar for a fiery homemade infusion.
• Crush & Sprinkle: Use a spice grinder or mortar and pestle to make flakes for pizza, pasta, or seasoning mixes.
