Met Scott today at New World Miramar and got to try both the Medium and Hot. Both were seriously good with a nice, enjoyable kick š¶ļøš„ Took the Medium home this time, and Iāll definitely be back for the Hot once this oneās gone. Great salsa and great guy!

I ordered the chillis for a sketch comedy theatre show where I would eat them on stage as a chicken character - becuase chickens can't taste spice (Despite humans being able to). The shock factor as the chillis were revealed to the audience was really worth it. I am not normally a spice person but eating multiple types of chillis really gave me an appreciation for the different flavour profiles they have!

Ghost Jam, seeds/pith in. Great fun to make with gloves/goggles/mask. Another one too hot for me, but thats fine. I have friends who think they can handle it. Happy to share after a warning. All three orders had beautiful produce.
Reaper Jam. Pith seeds in. In hindsight should have made two batches- seeds etc in and another seeds out. Cant eat itā¦sweet baby Jesus its hot. Still very happy with the result, just need to toughen upā¦a lotā¦.
Removed seeds/pith (trying to make it a little more PG) and made a chilli jam. Smells great, the fruity flavour comes through well, hot+sweet. Nice colour

I love making Chile rellenos but I have been very unsuccessful growing poblanos. The ones I bought from wicked were gorgeous and made for a brilliant dinner with NM red Chile sauce. Very friendly staffs and owner. They were very kind and helpful. I bought 2 chilli plants and 3 500g habeno chillies. They are very hot and tasty. Have made chilli pickles. Will go again since love the chillies and friendly staffs.
Wicked Hots ā Fresh, Fiery, and Fantastic Quality I bought 1kg of habaneros from Wicked Hots, and Iām genuinely impressed with the quality. The peppers arrived fresh, vibrant, and extremely hot ā exactly what you want when youāre cooking with real chilli heat. Iāve already used several in my recipes, and the flavour is bold, clean, and consistent. They also added a few extra yellow and dark peppers as a bonus, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Iām not even sure what varieties they are, but it shows how much care they put into their products. The basil was super fresh and very fragrant. Smelled wonderful in the car as I drove home with it. Ivy gave some chilliās with the basil and we have used some of these chilliās. They were extremely fresh and also because they were so beautiful, there was a very strong flavour. Just sliced these chilliās up and ate them in a Nasi Goreng. Also used them in a curry out of Yotam Ottolenghis Comfort cookbook. The basil I used to make pesto. Very flavourful and tasty. You can add olive oil to the recipe and you get a dressing for salads. Wonderful stuff.
Armadillo eggs. The extra large ones need to be added to the grill before the smaller ones to ensure even cooking.
The extra large jalapeƱos make for the best jalapenos poppers, not that spicy so anyone can enjoy them.
